Waiting Period

So I have a long ongoing process with getting a new smartphone, I keep talking about it and trying to decide, and then the months go by and I never actually get one. Last week though I finally took Karin's old Android 2.2 phone and we wiped it and I started using it with wifi. That's when I posted the Christmas Tree picture. But now I can't use it again... tried to start it up with real service, but turns out we need the unlock code, which is supposedly on its way, but isn't here yet. Until that comes I'm effectively without a working phone.. bummer!
